• Audio is processed temporarily in real time and is not stored by Zavi.
• Zavi does not listen, record, or access audio in the background.

Zavi does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or other personally identifiable information.

2. How Information Is Used

Audio input is used only to enable core app functionality, specifically:

• Speech-to-text conversion

Zavi does not use audio input for:

• Advertising or marketing
• User profiling or behavioural tracking
• Analytics or research
• Account creation or identity verification
• Personalised advertising or recommendations

3. Data Sharing

To provide speech-to-text functionality, audio input may be securely transmitted to trusted third-party service providers that process speech data on our behalf.

• All data is encrypted in transit.
• Audio is processed only to return a transcription.
• Audio data is not retained after processing.

Zavi does not sell, rent, or trade user data.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Zavi does not store audio recordings or voice transcripts on its servers.

Any temporary processing is limited strictly to what is necessary to fulfil the voice typing request and is discarded immediately after completion.

5. User Choice and Control

You remain in full control of your data:

• Voice input is entirely optional.
• Microphone access occurs only when you actively initiate voice typing.
• You can revoke microphone permission at any time through Android system settings.

Zavi functions without voice input if you choose not to use it.

6. Accounts

Zavi does not require user accounts, logins, or authentication.

You can use the app without creating an account or providing personal details.

7. Children's Privacy

Zavi is not designed for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided data through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
